Aseel Al Hamad

Aseel Al Hamad is a Saudi national, entrepreneur and motorsports enthusiast. She trained as an interior designer and founded her first design company in 2009; IDEGREE DESIGN. Her love of the automotive world led her into the motoring world and into her current role as a motorsports pioneer, where she has quickly found her feet. In December 2017, Aseel was appointed as a board member of the Saudi Arabian Motor Federation (SAMF); the first female to take the role. She is also a member of the International Automobile Federation (FIA), who appointed her to represent Saudi Arabia at the Women in Motorsport Commission. 

In the wake of the landmark lifting of the female driving ban in Saudi Arabia on 24th June 2018, Aseel was asked to perform a celebrity lap in a Renault E20 Formula One racing car prior to the opening of the 2018 French Grand Prix, making her the first Saudi female national to drive a Formula One car.

Fatema Isa Ebrahim

Fatema Isa Ebrahim is Country Head of Action Global Communications, founder of Valopy & Board Member of Economic Development Board Bahrain.

After returning to Bahrain following years of working in New York State. Fatema has worked with various organizations including Buffalo City Hall, PRSA Foundation & Escalate Marketing to name a few. She was heavily involved in the startup space in New York, working with award-winning startup Kipin Hall and has a vast network with entrepreneurs in the USA.

As a public relations consultant, Fatima experience involves strategizing and spearheading communication programmes for clients as well as ensuring sustained, positive media visibility for a diverse portfolio of clients across the GCC. In addition.  Fatema has also started Valopay, a Fintech startup in Bahrain to get involved in the Financial Technology Sector with other entrepreneurs in the region. Genevieve Gordan

Genevieve Gordan is CEO of Tactic Connect Ltd, a bespoke sports agency providing services across in four clear categories, Commercial and Management Service, Connectivity and Sponsorships, Media, Campaigns & Events and Education & Welfare. Clients range from individual elite athletes, talented amateur athletes, sports education organizations, sports organizations, player associations and athlete sports foundations.

Annually Genevieve speaks at Cambridge University on the English Legal System and Comparative Systems with a sports law focus. Most recently Genevieve has written a Masters degree entitled The Business of Motorsport which is being very well received by the industry.

Her research work focuses on Duty of Care, motorsport governance, legal issues surrounding equine sports, learning disabilities in sport and the legalities of sports sponsorships and other commercial relationships. She holds an LLM in International Sports Law, is a trustee of UKSA, sits on the Board of Stoolball England, is an advisory board member to Set4Success and sits on the British Association for Sport and Law Board.

Iman Mutlaq

Iman Mutlaq is a lifelong financial expert, entrepreneur, social activist, and visionary leader. The founder of INGOT Group, a consortium of multinational companies operating across six continents. Most recently, founded INGOT Coin, a first-of-its-kind revolutionary Ecosystem aimed to be the financial gateway to link the crypto currencies universe.

Vast experience working with the Egyptian Government to create the first commodities exchange in the MENA region called EGYCOMEX with the purpose of introducing innovative technology with the goal of connecting farmers and traders, creating transparency and stimulating growth in the region.

Raising 2 boys as a single mother while reaching new milestones on Women achievements to also focus her attention on forming Living Foundation in Jordan, an educational and humanitarian movement engaged in stress-management and service initiatives, launched by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, which promotes peace and development.

Mariam Turki

Mariam Turki returned from Dublin Ireland after graduating University to pursue a career in Finance that lead her to build a wealth of experience working amongst a number of the leading Global Financial Institutes including a 3-year assignment with BNP Paribas overseas.  Currently over the last 13 years focused on the building of her career with her most recent development as the Compliance Specialist at the National Bank of Bahrain where she supports the talented group of innovative leaders ambitiously driving the Women Empowerment potential across the banking sector. Mariam’s drive is not only evident in her career development, her commitment to inspire and support future generations but her personal passion for competition and pushing one mind and body to the maximum is what has led her to complete 3 Ironman competitions 70.3


Martine Kindt

After studying Economics in Kortrijk, Martine set up her own company in 1986 with partner Stephane Cohen, dedicated to the distribution of Bell Auto Racing helmets. As the owner/CEO responsible for all marketing, strategic and commercial issues of the Group, she took the Group to a number 1 status in the world, bring the most famous names in racing to the Brand such as Lewis Hamilton, Ayrton Senna, Kimi Raikkonen. Under her leadership and vision, Bell has reached an all-time high and stands for safety and quality.

It was no surprise that Martine was elected Winner of the prestigious Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2001 in Belgium. After having taken Bell to the top, Martine has recently left the management team of Bell and founded Kappa Konsults, a broad spectrum consulting company, helping clients with restructuring, investments, brand placement, image building, and many other aspects. Martine believes in the power of human capital, the need for education and the aperture that reading brings. Her life took her into an exceptional world of Auto racing and F1, where she learned so much yet, is a believer there is always so much more to learn.

Michelle Carlsson

Michelle Carlsson is the Managing Director representing Nasdaq in the Middle East and Africa based in Egypt and the UAE since 2006, during which Michelle has also served as Chief Technology Officer at EGID, a joint venture between Nasdaq and The Egyptian Exchange, prior to which Michelle was the Head of Software Development and Quality Assurance after studying Information Technology in Stockholm in 1985 and then moved to the financial industry in 1990. 

A true citizen of the World being born in Syria, living in Damascus for 13 years and later 27 years in Sweden, 3 years in Egypt and the last  9 years in Dubai, who believes the strength of family supported by the belief from her Swedish Husband and 2 children have given her the courage to take risks and try new challenges empowered her success as a Leader in today’s dynamic and globalized environment. 

Tarek Miknas

Tarek Miknas is currently the CEO for FP7/MENAT Region based in Dubai. Having been born in Beirut to a Lebanese father and Turkish mother who moved to Bahrain when he was very young, allowed him to enjoy a wonderful childhood soaking up the Region’s vibrant environment, which then led him to pursue his passion at 18 traveling  Bahrain to California to complete his degree in Communications. Following which working as a Creative in an International Advertising Agency in New York for 6 years took him back to the Region, keen for a new challenge to start his own Advertising Agency in Dubai, during which he grew the company from 4 people to a team of 92.

Now in his current role leading FP7, an Advertising Agency Network across the Middle East, North Africa and Turkey, he sees the main challenge is a work-life balance between his creative cause in the high demand of the service industry to spending all of his personal time with family and especially his 3-year-old daughter. An avid believer in the up tapped potential across the region and the opportunities to discover during these exciting transformational changes, his commitment to empowering  ‘ Women in the Driver Seat ‘ is a key aspect to supporting the next generation of talent across the Middle East.
