We are excited to be launching a groundbreaking initiative in the Kingdom of Bahrain – Yalla Banat. Celebrating the strength of Women from across the Middle East with an objective to connect, empower and highlight the potential of the Women’s role and contribution towards the future of the Region.

With the region’s trends showing a significate growth in the female workforce participation, with example of UAE moving from 22% to 41% since 2000 and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s female workforce doubling since 2007, reaching 22%, and the recent developments across the Kingdom will only see this upward trend continue. This further positions the female market place as vital contributor to bridging the Middle East’s 27% gap in GDP’s potential income generated by female market place. (ref. World Bank, ‘Woman, Business and the Law’, report, 2016).

CELEBRATING WITH THE REGION

Therefore the potential and importance of the Middle Eastern Women’s role as part of this Region’s evolving economic landscape is unquestionable, hence Yalla Banat, under the historical backdrop of empowering Women to drive within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, will be connecting Women from across the Region to celebrate this momentous achievement in Bahrain by bringing together Women leaders from the corporate, educational, sporting and charity sectors together all with an objective to Share, Inspire & Empower Women.

Under the Yalla Banat event, Top Talent Female Leaders, Achievers and Innovators, together with Students, Entrepreneurs & Partners from the Region are all driving towards inspiring the future.

If you are as passionate about our vision as we are, we welcome you and your organizations’ support to align with Yalla Banat on info@yallabanat.me and partner together and Make It Happen.
